As part of the implementation of MKInsight the MKSkills team will routinely support the process. One key aspect of this is the orientation and training of systems administrators and users.

However should existing users want refresher courses or new license holders join client organisations, MKSkills run at least one course per month in all key markets to ensure training support is always available.
