MKSkills deliver day to day client services support and training for all users of MKInsight.
In delivering this service the MKSkills team plays a pivotal role in supporting user’s experiences and helping them to use MKInsight to its full potential.
Client services support is delivered through a help desk, with full Webex capabilities, whilst training usually takes place on our client’s sites.
